DESCENDING...and he said: 'How awesome is this place.'" (Genesis 28:10-21)
Lamplugh House is a "certain place". A place where men encounter the Lord and where the Lord chooses to speak directly into the lives of men. The first Summit in June 2010 gripped us all with intensity and urgency from the Holy Spirit.
This 24 hour Summit is a man's opportunity to encounter God where angels ascend and descend. The Summit doesn't run like other events, it runs for the 24 hours and you join as much or as little as you like. It’s a gathering to encounter and experience God, through prayer, worship, prophetic word and personal time. It is not another conference, this is a Summit - meeting with God on the mountain.
This Summit is about men who are answering the prophetic call of God in our time. The nations need men like Moses and Joshua, men who seek the face of the Lord in the Tent of Meeting. This Summit is a place for that to happen, a place where men's lives, our communities and our nations get changed. The Summit is a time to hear God.
We're not here for ourselves - this Summit is for men who know that and are answering the call.
The Summit finishes with the Prophetic Fire Tunnel and then a Celebration Curry together on the Saturday evening - just a time to relax together and to continue enjoying each others’ company.
The Summit is also flexible, so you may want to come Thursday night so that you can be part of the Thursday night God Encounter, or stay Saturday so that you can come to Kingdom Faith Yorkshire in Scarborough on the Sunday morning - give us a call and we’ll sort it all out for you!
